Timetable of lessons
Open group classes are listed in the schedule under different names and are open to anyone who has ever moved a bit. Let us know before you head to your first session with us so we can let the trainer know you'll be showing up. We don't have a booking system, you can let us know via the yellow button here or call or text us straight away on 773 299 191
There is no need to book lessons in advance. On your first visit, the trainer will add you to the info group on the social network and you will know more about the current events in the group you choose.
Courses usually run over a three-month period and cannot be taken during. You can contact us HERE or on Facebook or Instagram.
