We know that you have to make decisions all day long at home, at work and anywhere else. An individual plan is the solution for everyone who wants guidance on exercise and has the will to exercise on their own according to the plan.
We will assess your options and develop a plan for you depending on your goals. You can then train according to it with us or anywhere else. You give us feedback in the form of a training diary and video report as you follow the plan. An excellent option for those who want to exercise on their own, but want to have a whip over themselves and go in the right direction. We will teach you everything you need to follow the plan and only then leave you to practice on your own.
