I am Certified personal trainer (YMCA Fit London – Level 2 & 3) with more than 10 years of experience in the field of fitness and physical conditioning.
I worked in London, Prague and České Budějovice, where I have helped dozens of clients build stronger, healthier, and more functional bodies.
