Exercise
Functional training has been with us for many centuries. It is an exercise where the trajectory of the body or equipment is determined by the person exercising with it, not the machine. It is an ideal form of exercise for the development of motor skills, momentum and strength far preferable to conventional exercise on machines that tra with their own weight, on trapezes, construction, with large Olympic axes, unicycle, kettlebells and many other aids.

Each person is unique and we individually adjust our approach to each client according to their capabilities and physiological prerequisites. More important to us than the number of repetitions is your subjective feeling of the exercise.
During each training we pay attention to dynamic stretching before and static stretching after the training.
