Hi, my name is Filip and I started Taekwondo ITF as a preschooler. With the Czech Republic national team I participated in European and World Championships all over the world, e.g. St. Petersburg, Tashkent, Tallinn and Pyongyang (North Korea). Alongside my competitive career I have been training children who have had many successes in the Czech Republic and Europe. My biggest success in this sport is the title of European champion, 4th place at the World Championships and 10 titles of Czech champion. At the age of 18 I got the desire to fight more and so I started with kickboxing and thaiboxing.

In kickboxing I became Czech champion and vice-champion in K-1, in Muay Thai I participated in the European league. Gradually during my sporting activities I got into strength and conditioning training. Since then, many clients have passed through my hands, from officials to top athletes, whom I have helped to a healthier lifestyle and peak performance. In 2012 I founded the UFT (Ultimate functional training) project, it was group and circuit training first at Pedagog and then at Gladiators gym in CB. At the time it was the most popular group training in the city.

In 2014 I founded Heaven gym with my friend Tomas and since then I have been working with clients mainly on the basis of personal training. I teach people to exercise and fight and most importantly move better and pain free. We are literally changing lives at the gym and that makes sense to me.
