If you feel like „everyone else is already way ahead of you,“ that you don't feel comfortable in a regular gym, that you're afraid you won't be able to keep up, or that you'll be the worst in the room.

This is a course for absolute beginners. For people who are just starting out – and want to finally do it right.
You can expect a friendly and safe environment where no one compares, no one laughs at anyone and no one shouts at you. A small group of people who are in the same situation just like you. Everyone starts from scratch. Everyone has their concerns. And everyone takes a step forward at their own pace.

Finally, we have something especially for girls.
A course designed for women who no longer want to try quick fixes, but are looking for functional, meaningful and long-term change.
This course is not about extremes, drastic diets or „killing yourself“ in training.
It's about understand your body, learn how to work with it and start moving in a way that makes sense to you – both physically and mentally.
What awaits you calisthenics – strength training using your own body weight, tailored to the female body, complemented by basics of nutrition, that are not about restrictions, but about understanding. You will learn how to build strength, stability and healthy movement without the need for machines, heavy weights or performance stress.
The course is designed for women who:
You will train in small group of up to 10 women, so you will receive personal attention, space for questions, and support throughout the course. No comparisons, no competition – just an environment where you can focus on yourself.
You will gradually build up not only strength, but also confidence in movement, a better relationship with your body and a healthier approach to nutrition. You will discover that exercise does not have to be a punishment, but can become a natural part of your life.
